Bank transfer

Most common

Our company has bank accounts in many countries. If we have one in your country, you can transfer locally. If not, send an international wire to any of our company bank accounts. You choose the one that suits you.

We have company accounts in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Hungary, New Zealand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, China, Japan, Poland, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, and other countries. If you also have an online Wise bank account, you can transfer to our company's Wise bank account.

Before sending, ask our team to confirm the coin, network, receiving address, and exact amount on your order page. Funds sent on the wrong network can be lost.

Note: returning customers can choose to pay the service fee by credit card, PayPal, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. Items and shipping are always paid by bank transfer or cryptocurrency.

We use USD as our platform currency. To pay in another currency, ask in your order comments. Our team will confirm availability and the exact amount to send, including any currency conversion fee. Wait for this confirmation before converting or sending funds.

When and how to pay

  1. Wait for our confirmation

    After you place an order, our team generally confirms the price and first payment details within 12 to 24 hours, even if prices were already shown. Wait for the confirmed amount and payment instructions in your order comments before paying.

  2. First payment: items and service fee

    Pay the confirmed item cost, our service fee, and local shipping when included. We buy your items after your payment clears.

  3. Second payment: international shipping

    Once your items arrive at our warehouse, we pack, weigh, and measure the parcel to calculate international shipping. This payment may also include local shipping not charged earlier, agreed extras, or price adjustments. We ship after your payment clears.

Your items usually reach our warehouse in about 1 week, and shipping to you takes about 1 more week. Most orders arrive in 12 to 18 days. Some take longer, depending on the seller, the local shipping method, and the international shipping method.

After you pay, send us a message in your order comments or on WhatsApp. Include the amount and the sender name. You do not need to attach a receipt, but one helps if your payment is delayed and we need to find it.
